Pinnacles of Change

Bank of Change. What if money could grow? Invest in life. Leave a living legacy.

Our vision · illustration, photography to follow

The big idea

YOUR MONEY NORMALLY ENTERS A BANK AND BECOMES A NUMBER.

Place it in the Bank of Change and let us show you what that number can become.

  1. Capital
  2. Seed
  3. Tree
  4. Water
  5. Bee
  6. Hive
  7. Honey
  8. Skills
  9. Livelihood

From challenge to change

THE PRESSURE ON THE LAND IS REAL.

  • Water stress
  • Damaged land
  • Extreme weather
  • Vulnerable agriculture
  • Changing environmental conditions

And the land can recover. Watch what begins to happen.

The Circle of Change

FOLLOW YOUR CAPITAL AROUND THE CIRCLE.

Choose any stage, or let it run. Each one is a step in the chain from a commitment to a lasting outcome.

  1. 01

    Capital

    A corporate partner commits resources.

  2. 02

    Seed

    Funding reaches practical interventions.

  3. 03

    Tree

Moringa and other locally appropriate planting support restoration.

  4. 04

    Water

Water stewardship helps support resilient landscapes and communities.

  5. 05

    Pollinators

Vegetation contributes habitat and food resources.

  6. 06

    Hive

The developing hive programme connects ecological restoration with skills.

  7. 07

    Honey

Beekeeping can create a value-added local product.

  8. 08

    Skills

    Training develops knowledge and capability.

  9. 09

    Livelihoods

    Local enterprise opportunities can emerge.

  10. 10

    Community

Value circulates through families and communities.

  11. 11

    Reinvestment

Success helps support the next seed.

    The circle continues.
  12. THE CIRCLE CONTINUES.

Moringa: the living foundation

EVERYTHING GROWS FROM ONE SMALL SEED.

Moringa is hardy, quick to establish and generous to the land and the people around it. It is where the programme begins.

Where we are today: approximately 500 trees have been planted by the programme to date. We state it plainly, and we will update it only as planting is verified.

Water

EVERY LIVING SYSTEM BEGINS WITH WATER.

Tree planting is one part of a wider ecological system, not the whole answer. Where water is held in the soil, the landscape holds together.

Potential programme areas

  • Rainwater harvesting
  • Efficient irrigation
  • Soil-moisture conservation
  • Water stewardship
  • Water-quality initiatives
  • Community education

The pollinator bridge

PLANT FOR THE LAND.
FLOWER FOR THE BEE.
BUILD FOR THE COMMUNITY.

Moringa flowers feed pollinators; pollinators support a living landscape; a living landscape can support skills and work.

Honest status: the Pinnacles hive programme is at the prototype and development stage, designed for the conditions and relevant bee species of Azad Kashmir. There is no large operational hive network yet, and we will not suggest otherwise.

From hive to livelihood

WHEN NATURE RECOVERS,
PEOPLE CAN GROW WITH IT.

This is the journey we are working toward, step by step. We make no promises about particular incomes until real evidence exists to support them.

Children and the next generation

THE MOST IMPORTANT RETURN
MAY TAKE A GENERATION TO MEASURE.

The aim is not simply to tell children about environmental problems. It is to give them the chance to take part in the solutions.

  • Environmental education
  • Planting activities
  • Pollinator learning
  • Nature activity materials
  • Youth stewardship
  • Community workshops

Corporate partnership

PUT YOUR ORGANISATION INSIDE THE CIRCLE OF CHANGE.

Several pathways, each shaped with you. We do not begin with a price list: we begin with what you want your support to become.

  • Seed Partner

Support a clearly defined entry-level intervention.

  • Grove Partner

    Support a larger restoration programme.

  • Pollinator Partner

Support hive research, prototypes, habitat and beekeeper development.

  • Community Partner

Support connected environmental, educational and livelihood programmes.

  • Flagship

    Founding Bank of Change Partner

A deeper strategic partnership covering multiple strands and potentially multiple years: the flagship institutional relationship.

EVIDENCE, NOT ONLY EMOTION.

This is the structure partners will see. It fills with verified figures as they are collected. Where a number is not yet evidenced, it says so rather than guessing.
